Hello All!

Yesterday was St. Paddy's Day...and I had fun! We went down to Sid's pub...which was absolutely packed...I took my mother with me...being Irish and all....and a good time was had by all! We were talking about St. Patrick...who 'ousted' the snakes out of Ireland...so the legend goes. But funnily enough, St. Patrick was not Irish...he was Welsh I think and the snakes he was referring to was the pagans (in my opinion)...although I'm pretty sure a lot of Irish folk have their own ideas!

St. Patrick brought Christianity with him, to Ireland. In my eyes...he pretty much went around spreading the word and wiped out the practices ofPagans. In addition, its celebrated throughout the world, in the States...where they actually color their river green and even their drinks! Next time! But for the meanwhile...lets jes stick to the rich thick blackness of a nice cold Guiness! Ha ha ha....time to go to the pub! Ha ha ha
