Hey guys!

I'm happy to report that last week, we had atravel hit! We went to visit the palace of Sultan Allahuddin..built around 1914 in Jurga. I've not been having the best of luck finding really amazingsights and experiences in Malaysia so my expectations were not particularly high. I loved that I was proven wrong.Just as we turned the corner, my mouth was literally on the floor because the palace is amazing! It doesn't really look like a palace, it much grander than that and somwhat influenced on British mixed Indian architecture. Not what you expected of a 'palace'. But the architecture is truly amazing. Sadly, it was closed for renovation! It opens to the public end of July...so we're definitely going back for Round 2. I will definitely be writing about it then!
